Guest policies

Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property, including for loss or damage caused by visitors or any other person in their party.

Extra Person Policy

Our rates are based on double occupancy. A surcharge will be applied for any extra person (including children) not included in the booking.

Personal Items & Valuables

Nham Village cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, misplacement or damage of any personal items and valuables left in the room. Each room has an in-room safe which we recommend guests use.  When leaving the room, guests are expected to ensure that any windows are closed and that the room door is securely locked.

Parking

Guests can benefit from free parking and our valet service.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas. This applies to all tobacco products and electronic smoking devices. Smoking areas are clearly signposted throughout Nham Village. Failure to comply will result in a 3,000,000 VND fine.

PETS

Pets are not accepted at Nham Village.

The room rate includes breakfast for two adults and one child under 12, tax, and service charges.
Maximum Capacity: Two adults and two children OR three adults

Lúa houses

The room rate includes breakfast for two adults and one child under 12, tax, and service charges.
Maximum Capacity: Two adults and two children under 12 years old OR three adults

Thóc house

The room rate includes breakfast for four adults and two children under 12 years old, tax, and service charges.
Maximum Capacity: Four adults and four children OR six adults.
